At 23 I’ve been in the saddle most my life, riding for 15 years and owning for 12, so I’m very comfortable with all aspects of daily care including but not limited to: feeding, turnout, mucking, blanketing, enrichment, and administering medication. I’ve held several stable hand positions over the years and have farm sat for neighbors so I understand how important it is to have someone dependable caring for your animals and property.
I’ve owned my fair share of critters in the past and have pet store/shelter experience so I am very comfortable managing all animals; small, large, & exotic. I generally train my own horses and currently work as a professional dog trainer which has given me a strong understanding of animal behavior and safe handling.
At home I have a newly 15yr old thoroughbred mare who’s the light of my life, a classic chestnut mare, so I know firsthand the attention and care horses need.
